meta backend

Hi, list.

I have a problem with meta backend. I have read the manual and the
test for meta backend passes successfully. After some experiments with
slpad.conf I haven't got any result, the server just doesn't respond.

My slapd.conf contains:
...
database        bdb
suffix          "o=oil-space"
rootdn          "cn=ldapadm,o=oil-space"
rootpw          test
directory       /var/db/openldap-data/oil-space

database        meta
suffix          "o=oilspace-all"
rootdn          "cn=ldapadm,o=oilspace-all"

uri            "ldaps://fbsd/o=oilspace-all"
suffixmassage  "o=olspace-all" "o=oil-space"

...

But when I try
ldapsearch -ZxH ldap://fbsd -b "o=oilspace-all" -s base
it don't get any answer from the server.

I tried several slapd debug levels without but failed to get anything
understandable in log but it looks like a loop.
